The Finlay Crisp Centre comprises of three distinct office buildings, known as Canberra Nara Centre, Customs House and Allara House. These buildings open onto a common Plaza from which access is provided to both Constitution Avenue and Nangari Street. London Circuit, Constitution Avenue, Allara Street and Nangari Street bound the complex.

Both London Circuit (major ring road for the Canberra CBD) and Constitution Avenue are two of the main thoroughfares in the Civic CBD, which lead to the Parliamentary Triangle and to Parliament House. The buildings are given further significance by their architecture which is unique to the South Eastern end of the Canberra CBD and by prominent tenant signage to Customs House.
