Overview
Using the Facility Booking System tenants may book the building facilities independently without the risk of double booking. Any facility that can be booked for a period of time can be managed using the Facility Booking System.
The Facility Booking System is typically used for the booking of: after hours air conditioning, the goods lift, tennis courts, function venues and meeting rooms.
Tenants have the ability to make the facility bookings independently and have the freedom to make the booking at a time suited to their needs, ie. 24hrs a day.
The Tenant can quickly view the availability times for the day they intend to use the facility. Therefore they can more easily fit a tennis court booking into their busy schedule.
