Overview
The online Help Desk System enables tenants to log requests directly into the system. This saves administration and processing time. The tenant firstly needs to login to the members section of your eBulding website. Once logged in, the system records all the transactions that they complete, which are filed away for later extraction with the reporting tool.
The tenants can submit a range of maintenance requests types, including: Air Conditioning, Blocked Toilets, Cleaning, Common Area Maintenance, Electrical, Hot Works, Lifts, Lighting, Security and more. A different Property Staff member can be
assigned to each of the different maintenance types, saving time in processing of work requests.
Once the request has been submitted an email is dispatched to the creator, the assigned property staff member and any cc'd supervisors. Emails are also dispatched when the status of the job is changed, ie. when job status changes from open to closed.
