Tenants can submit a range of maintenance requests types, including: Air Conditioning, Blocked Toilets, Cleaning, Common Area Maintenance, Electrical, Hot Works, Lifts, Lighting, Security and more. A different Property Staff member can be assigned to each of the different maintenance types, saving time in processing of work requests. Emails are dispatched when the status of the job is changed or when more information is required.
