eBuilding Products

Overview

The eBuilding product is a sophisticated building management system housed within a user friendly and convenient website interface. The interface is designed especially to meet the diverse marketing needs of your building. The eBuilding system features six key tools designed to lower administrative costs while increasing service levels to tenants. In use, this system allows tenants and property managers to communicate efficiently with one another, from making maintenance requests to booking facilities, or ordering access cards for new staff. These actions and requests are recorded in detail by the system, for reporting purposes. Furthermore, because the system itself is housed on your eBulding website it is conveniently available to you wherever you access the internet.

Internet Based System

The convenience of the online system is best demonstrated by Maintenance staff who have recently begun using wireless internet to respond to requests, update request details and close-off the job on-site.

Secure Login System

To access all the building management tools it is mandatory for Property Staff and Tenants to login to the Members section of your eBuilding website. The Members section opens with the welcome page. The user is addressed by their name and provided with an updated list of relevant requests created by, or assigned to, the user. Should a user forget their login details they may quickly retrieve these, via secure email, at the click of a button.

User Management System

Property Staff can easily add, edit and delete users of their eBuilding Management System. Property Staff can assign different levels of access to 'users', thus a contractor can be safely provided with access to the members section of the eBuilding as they will have access only to relevant features of the eBuilding Management System.

Work Flow System

The Work Flow System automatically updates the job list for property staff when they login to the system. Completed jobs are removed from the work flow list and filed away. A complete record of the job's history is kept in the system for later extraction with the reporting tool.

Automated Email Updates

Emails are automatically sent out when requests are open & closed. Emails are also sent each time the job status changes. The emails detail all the job elements such as: Job ID, creator, date created, a short description, details, floor, request type etc. These emails are dispatched to the tenant, property staff and supervisors involved with the request.

Live Document Management

In the eBulding System, Property Staff have the ability to upload documents live to your eBuilding website. These documents can have access priveleges added to make the document available for a specific tenant only.
